Lending & collections questions
Can we migrate our existing loan book?
Yes. The data migration toolkit loads loans with their schedules, arrears and collateral, and reconciles balances before cut-over.
Which interest methods are supported?
Flat, reducing balance (equal instalment or equal principal), interest-only periods, balloon payments and custom schedules.
Can loan officers work in the field?
Field officers use the Workspace on a phone; offline capture is on the roadmap with agent banking.
