1. Who we are
BankQore is a product of Pedistack Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Our data protection officer can be reached at privacy@bankqore.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you submit in the demo, contact, newsletter and sandbox forms
- Usage analytics, only with your consent, without advertising identifiers
- Technical logs needed to keep the site secure, kept for 30 days
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange demos (legitimate interest and your request)
- To send the newsletter you asked for (consent)
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest)
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries and leads are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Security logs are kept for 30 days.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers listed on our subprocessors page, under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to or restrict processing. Write to privacy@bankqore.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
