Platform overview

One core. Every product. Every channel.

BankQore is a modular core banking platform: product modules on a real-time double-entry ledger, wrapped in contract-first APIs and run as a multi-tenant cloud service.

Architecture

How the pieces fit together

Channels talk to the same APIs your developers use. Products post to one ledger. Platform services — identity, approvals, configuration, audit — apply everywhere.

Layered diagram: channels on top, contract-first APIs, nine product modules, the real-time ledger, platform services and infrastructure, with an integrations hub on the side.

Product modules

Start with what you need

Core modules come with every plan. Add-ons switch on per environment, with their own entitlements and billing.

The ledger

Real-time, double-entry, always balanced

Every movement posts balanced entries the moment it happens. Balances in your apps are the balances in your books.

  • Multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-GAAP
  • End-of-day, month and year runs with a business calendar
  • Automatic reconciliation against rails and partners
  • FX revaluation and IFRS 9 provisioning

Platform services

Controls that come with every module

Access, approvals, configuration and audit are part of the platform, so every new product inherits them.

  • Role-based access with MFA, passkeys and staff SSO
  • Maker-checker on configuration and money movement
  • Runtime configuration and feature flags per environment
  • Tamper-evident audit, session and communication logs
An approvals queue with two completed requests and one awaiting a second checker.
